Aivi Remulla — Visionary Entrepreneur and Nation Builder

Aivi Remulla is a visionary Filipino entrepreneur whose journey reflects the strength, creativity, and determination of the modern Filipino spirit. With a degree in Business Administration and a background in architectural design and marketing, Aivi began his career overseas as an OFW, gaining first-hand insight into the sacrifices Filipinos make to create better lives for their families. While working abroad, he collaborated with international architects, developers, and government organizations on innovation-driven and ecological projects — experiences that showed him how visionary planning and design can shape sustainable, people-centered cities.

Through years of global collaboration, Aivi worked alongside innovators, engineers, and policy makers across diverse industries — from design and construction to technology and sustainability. His involvement in government expos and development initiatives allowed him to witness how nations grow when public and private sectors unite to promote progress, innovation, and social balance. These experiences shaped his belief that the Philippines can rise through the same path — by harnessing its people’s creativity, unity, and global perspective.

Today, Aivi channels this vision through BayaniCity, an ecosystem of smart, sustainable cities designed to empower communities, strengthen industries, and create opportunities for every Filipino — from workers and OFWs to investors and landowners. His mission goes beyond building structures; it’s about building futures. Through BayaniCity, Aivi Remulla leads a movement to transform development into nation-building — creating cities that reflect the pride, potential, and promise of the Filipino people.

Founder’s Message

A Vision for BayaniCity

BayaniCity was born from a simple but urgent truth: the Philippines has the talent, creativity, and determination to thrive — but we lack the infrastructure that supports innovation, sustainable growth, and opportunities at home. For too long, our nation has relied on imports and ready-made products from abroad, leaving us dependent instead of self-sufficient.

This reality has forced millions of Filipinos to leave their families behind in search of jobs overseas. Instead of building industries here, we send our workers abroad to build futures elsewhere. Instead of exporting our own products, we import what others design. BayaniCity seeks to change that.

BayaniCity is more than a development — it is a complete ecosystem of residential communities, commercial districts, industrial hubs, educational centers, healthcare institutions, and cultural landmarks. It is designed to create jobs where people live, so that families can stay together. It is designed to nurture innovation, so that Filipino entrepreneurs can design, build, and export products suited to our people and our markets. And it is designed to make our communities sustainable, future-ready, and globally competitive.

Our mission is to transform idle land into thriving cities that serve not only as homes, but as engines of growth for entire provinces and regions. With 100+ projects across housing, business, industry, agriculture, tourism, education, and healthcare, BayaniCity is a blueprint for how we can create balanced communities that work for everyone.

This project is more than infrastructure — it is about dignity, opportunity, and progress. It is about giving every Filipino the chance to grow without having to leave home. It is about shifting from dependence on imports to becoming exporters of our own innovation.

While our mission begins here in the Philippines, BayaniCity is not limited to one nation alone. The same model can be applied to provinces and countries worldwide where idle land can be transformed into ecosystems of growth. But our first and foremost goal is to uplift our people, and from there, share this vision with the world.
