Aivi Nazaire Remulla founded BayaniCity around a long-term vision of industrialization, urban development, and city building.
His objective is to develop repeatable development systems capable of creating productive communities, industrial ecosystems, infrastructure, jobs, investment opportunities, and long-duration economic value.
